The top front forks ball bearing assembly fits underneath the top mounting bolt, the thin mounting washer, and the thick screwin mounting washer and it fits directly into the top of the moped frame where the forks fit in. The bottom front forks ball bearing assembly fits at the bottom of the front forks top stem and fits into the bottom of the hole in the frame for the front forks. Sold "as is".
