Used. Lightly rusted, fully functional. Rusted on the inside. Full imprinted labeling reads "WALD 4", "INSERT TO HIDE THIS LINE", with an arrow and a line, and "A149-78", with a 1 on the next line. The bottom cylinder where it inserts into the front fork stem is a little more than 3/4" in diameter. The top part has a smooth area inside that clamps around a 1" handlebar. Sold "as is".
