Good used condition. Bottom right of front cover has a 1 5/8" crease on it. The top end of the crease is torn for less than 3/16" of an inch. Back cover has at least one mark on it. Spiral bound. When viewed from the top, bottom, or right side, the edges of the pages may appear a little bent or wavy instead of professionally book bound. This does not affect its readability.
