Near mint condition, except for 1) the front cover is warped and the right edge of the front cover extends 1 1/2" above the rest of the book pages, 2) all 4 side corners of the book are scuffed and/or creased a little, and 3) the right cover is lightly scratched, but it isn't very noticeable.
