Kinetic TFR/Luna moped front internal shock absorber spring assembly with 13 5/8" front internal shock absorber spring and top (but not bottom) mounting bolt assembly. Top mounting bolts are included even if they are not in the product picture. Includes top mounting bolt assembly for the front internal spring shock absorber, including a special mounting bolt that threads into the 13 5/8" shock absorber spring, 3 interior washers and one internal nut (that go inside the triple tree), one external mounting nut, one external large mounting washer, one external lock washer, and one external top mounting nut that is round on top of the nut.
Does not include either the right or left front forks that the bottom of the internal spring shock absorber threads into. Does not include the black plastic folded accordion style dust covers. Does not include the triple tree or triple tree top.

Repair advice: If your moped noticeably bumps when you drive over a bump, like a speed bump for example, you might need new front shock absorbers. If your front shock absorbers don't have a noticeable springiness in them when you push down on the front forks, you might need new shock absorbers. Replacing your front shock absorbers should be doable by a reasonably skilled and careful home mechanic.
If you can thread a shock absorber spring into the right or left front metal fork, then you probably won't need to replace that right or left front metal fork. Instead you can probably just thread this internal spring shock absorber into the right or left front metal fork.
Note: one moped manual recommended replacing both the right and left shock absorbers at once for balanced shock absorption on both sides of the moped.

I've parted out a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped with an odometer reading of 00821.1 miles, and my Kinetic TFR/Luna moped parts are for sale at EdsSurplus eBay store. The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped is marketed as the Kinetic TFR moped in America and also marketed as the Kinetic Luna moped in India, where one website claims the "Kinetic Luna moped is a utility vehicle much used in rural India." The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine is a Vespa moped clone motor. I'm sure this moped is a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped, not the slightly different Kinetic TFR USA moped that uses a different engine, because the 1999 Kinetic TFR moped engine has a Kinetic TFR clutch, not the different TFR USA clutch.

Product compatibility: This 1999 Kinetic TFR moped part will probably fit your Kinetic TFR/Luna moped and probably fit your Kinetic TFR USA moped, but product compatibility is not guaranteed. Sold "as is".

Product condition: Used. Very briefly tested working. (I very briefly pedaled the moped before parting it out.) Internal shock absorber spring is greased and should remain greased. Presumed working. The front shock absorbers should only have a very light 821.1 miles of wear and tear on them. Chrome part is in fair cosmetic shape. Part may have a little rust on it. Sold "as is".
