Inside both wire sheaths are 2 wires, a pink wire and an orange wire with 2 black stripes, that both have metal electrical connector parts that should plug into the wiring harness underneath the front part of the moped frame.
Repair Info: If your brake light doesn't light when you pull in your right brake lever and your brake light is tested working, then you probably need this part to get your brake light to work.
I've parted out a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped with an odometer reading of 00821.1 miles, and my Kinetic TFR/Luna moped parts are for sale at EdsSurplus eBay store. The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped is marketed as the Kinetic TFR moped in America and also marketed as the Kinetic Luna moped in India, where one website claims the "Kinetic Luna moped is a utility vehicle much used in rural India." The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine is a Vespa moped clone motor. I'm sure this moped is a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped, not the slightly different Kinetic TFR USA moped that uses a different engine, because the 1999 Kinetic TFR moped engine has a Kinetic TFR clutch, not the different TFR USA clutch.

Product compatibility: This 1999 Kinetic TFR moped part will probably fit your Kinetic TFR/Luna moped and probably fit your Kinetic TFR USA moped, but product compatibility is not guaranteed. Sold "as is".
Product condition: Used. Tested working with a digital multimeter. When the ohms meter was set to 2k, it produced the correct .000 ohms of resistance when the very very thin brake sensor button is open, its normal state, and1 ohm of resistance when the very very thin brake sensor button is pushed shut. In non-technical terms, the normal electrical flow through this wire is at approx. 100% strength, and it drops to no current as soon as the very very thin brake sensor button is pushed in. Note: this part was tested independently. It was not tested inside of the right brake lever mounting assembly with a brake lever pushing against it. Tested working, but technically sold "as is".
