Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine cylinder

Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine cylinder. 1 of 8 external heat sink fins is missing approx. 2.5" of surface external heat sink dissipation area, since 1 of 4 sides of that heat sink fin is cracked off. I included the cracked off external heat sink part in case you ever want to weld it back on.

I've parted out a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped with an odometer reading of 00821.1 miles. The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped is marketed as the Kinetic TFR moped in America and also marketed as the Kinetic Luna moped in India, where one website claims the "Kinetic Luna moped is a utility vehicle much used in rural India." The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine is a Vespa moped clone motor. I'm sure this moped is a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped, not the slightly different Kinetic TFR USA moped that uses a different engine, because the 1999 Kinetic TFR moped engine has a Kinetic TFR clutch, not the different TFR USA clutch.

Product description: Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine cylinder. 1 of 8 heat external sink fins is missing approx. 2.5" of surface external heat sink dissipation area, since 1 of 4 sides of that heat sink fin is cracked off. I included the cracked off external heat sink part in case you ever want to weld it back on. One external side of the cylinder is labeled "MUF [?]" and has a little yellow paint on it.

Product condition: Used. Internal cylinder looks good and smooth with no noticeable major scratches. (The piston that was in it looks nice with only light scratching in it.) The part that connects to the cylinder head gasket is smooth and looks good. It only has approx. 821.1 miles of wear and tear on it. 1 of 8 external heat sink fins is missing approx. 2.5" of surface external heat sink dissipation area, since 1 of 4 sides of that heat sink fin is cracked off.
