I've parted out a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped with an odometer reading of 00821.1 miles, and my Kinetic TFR/Luna moped parts are for sale at EdsSurplus eBay store. The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped is marketed as the Kinetic TFR moped in America and also marketed as the Kinetic Luna moped in India, where one website claims the "Kinetic Luna moped is a utility vehicle much used in rural India." The Kinetic TFR/Luna moped engine is a Vespa moped clone motor. I'm sure this moped is a 1999 Kinetic TFR moped, not the slightly different Kinetic TFR USA moped that uses a different engine, because the 1999 Kinetic TFR moped engine has a Kinetic TFR clutch, not the different TFR USA clutch.

Product compatibility: This 1999 Kinetic TFR moped part will probably fit your Kinetic TFR/Luna moped and probably fit your Kinetic TFR USA moped, but product compatibility is not guaranteed. Sold "as is".

Product condition: Used. The interior metal flat edge that connects to the cylinder cover gasket, aka the cylinder head gasket, has a few nicks in it but should presumably again tightly fit and seal against the cylinder head gasket. The interior part of the cylinder cover that is part of the engine compression chamber looks good, with only a very light amount of carbon. This part presumably only has 821.1 miles of wear and tear on it. The external black paint of the cylinder cover or cylinder head is in good shape. The top and fins have some dirt and dust on them. The movable part of the decompression chamber freely moves up and down, and an installed external spring pushes it up when the decompression lever is not engaged by the handlebar's decompression lever pulling in the decompression cable. The Bosch W8AC spark plug is dirty, might/might not work, and should be replaced with the proper spark plug, probably either an NGK B6HS or NGK B5HS. Sold "as is", with no guarantee or warranty.
