Mikuni 6Z3 Oil Pump. Probably for a motorcycle, maybe for a scooter or moped. Main valve, probably the in valve, is approx. 6mm/a little more than 3/16" wide at the outside diameter. Inside diameter is 4mm. Small valve, probably the out valve, has an inside diameter of approx. 1.5mm and an outside diameter of approx. 3mm or almost 1/8".
Distance from center of mounting bolt hole to center of mounting bolt hole is approx. 31mm. Mounting bolts are probably M5 (5mm) and must be smaller than M6 bolts. The small part that rotates is approx. 6.5mm x 3 mm. It is usually powered by a special spinning drive nut that is usually installed at the end of the crankshaft on top of the flywheel or magneto. The drive nut then usually spins a small part that spins the 6.5mm x 3mm pump drive shaft in this Mikuni 6Z3 oil pump.
The oil pump is often found at the outside of the engine, outside of the flywheel or magneto, often installed in its own small circular oil pump cover outside of the main engine cover.
If the oil line from your oil pump to the engine is very small, and the oil line from your oil tank to your oil pump is very large, this might be the right oil pump for you.
Caution: Supplying the correct flow of oil to a oil injected (probably 2-cycle) engine is critical. If you don't supply any or enough oil the engine can overheat and the piston can seize, suddenly breaking your engine. If you supply too much oil, that might/might not cause problems. This oil pump is not guaranteed to work with your engine. Use it at your own discretion and risk. This product is sold with no warranty or liability, just a careful warning to get the oil flow to your engine right, at the risk of overheating and breaking your engine if you don't accomplish this correctly. Even a crimped oil line can damage your engine, so please be careful in installing this.
