Trac Clipper Moped Rear Wheel. Does not include Track Clipper moped M14 (or 14mm) rear axle, rear wheel sprocket, or rear wheel sprocket mounting assembly. Does include hub, spokes, rim, damaged but inflated tire, inflated inner tube, 1 installed wheel bearing, one detached axle spacer (it fits between the wheel bearings and the axle fits inside of it), and 1 detached standard used 6201Z moped wheel bearing. You'll need to install the axle spacer and then install the standard used 6201Z wheel bearing on the outside of the spacer. (If you install new wheel bearings, get 2, not 1, standard 6201Z wheel bearings, freeze them in the freezer to shrink them so they will easily install, grease or lubricate them, and then gently and carefully hammer them in, taking great care to avoid damaging the wheel bearings during installation.)
I've parted out a 1985 Trac Clipper moped with a Daelim M-56E engine and an odometer reading of only 01707.9 (or 1,707.9) miles. The 1985 Trac Clipper moped parts are for sale at EdsSurplus eBay store. Many but not all of these parts will probably fit other Trac mopeds. This 1985 Trac Clipper moped was manufactured by Daelim Motor Co., Ltd., in Korea in April 1985.
Product description: Trac Clipper Moped Rear Wheel.
Product Condition: This wheel, with a little work, is probably barely functional, but it has various problems.
1. The brake side (or right side wheel bearing fell out, so you'll need to reinstall the included detached spacer bar inside the wheel and then carefully install the used 6201Z wheel bearing in place outside of the spacer. (The open side of the 6201Z wheel bearing goes on the interior side and the metal side of the 6201Z wheel bearing goes on the exterior side. Also be very careful when you hammer it in to avoid damaging the wheel bearing.)
2. The wheel needs a rear sprocket for the chain to pull it, and at least 4 hardened mounting bolts are TY 8.8 M8 x 1.25 x 42mm (8mm in diameter) mounting bolts, along with 4 M8 mounting bolt nuts that are 13mm wide. (Ideally it could use the 2 long bolt connecting washers to connect the hardened mounting bolts.) One the mounting bolts was very difficult to remove, so I would be careful about one of the interior 13mm wide mounting bolt nuts possibly shearing during installation instead of easily installing. (Be prepared for what might be some difficulty, and you might want an extra 1 or 2 spare mounting nuts and/or bolts or in case there is any trouble. Maybe one wider and/or taller and/or hardened M8 interior mounting nut might install much easier.)
3. The wheel rims have a lot of rust. I would use some rust removal, maybe followed by a coat or 2 of rustoleum paint, to remove and/or cover over the rust before regularly using this wheel. Also, some of the spoke ends near the rim have rust on them.
4. The M14 (14mm) Trac Clipper moped rear axle, not included, fits very tightly in into the Korea KBC brand standard 6201Z wheel bearing. (That's probably why the one wheel bearing fell out during rear axle removal.) The not included axle very easily fits through the slightly larger spacer.
5. The old 2 1/4" by 16" swallow brand tire has cracks in an least one side and should be replaced. If you ride it as is you run the risk of the tire breaking or even a dangerous tire blowout.
Sold "as is", with warnings and caveats, with no seller guarantee or legal liability. This wheel could be fixed, but it has multiple problems.
