The seat stitching could theoretically be removed and repaired by restitching it, but unless you are skilled with a sewing machine this would probably be too labor-intensive. This short thick and stubby U-shaped Puch moped seat mounting and seat angle adjustment assembly part fits onto the top of the seat stem, part 12, and the mounting bolt for the seat, part 36, fits through 2 holes in this part. On the 2 exterior sides that the mounting bolt, part 12, fits through, is a circular part of indented radius grooves that 2 external seat angle adjustment parts fit into. This is the interior seat angle adjustment clamp. The clamp is in good shape, with plenty of gripping power. Reasonable used condition, with only a little wear and tear on the seat angle adjustment clamp. Sold "as is".

This is a small rectangular metal part with a clamp on the top and bottom of it that fits around a black metal moped seat mounting part at the bottom of the Puch moped seat. The front of this exterior seat angle adjustment clamp has a special circular clamp with grooved radius lines. This special exterior seat angle adjustment clamp fits snugly into one of 2 exterior side of the short and stubby U-shaped interior seat angle adjustment clamp. In the middle of this special clamp (and it the middle of the circular clamp on the interior side of this part) is a hole that the seat mounting bolt fits into. There are 2 of these small exterior seat angle adjustment clamps, each sold separately. The clamp is is a little worn but it is still in good shape, with plenty of gripping power. Reasonable used condition, with only a little wear and tear on the seat angle adjustment clamp. Sold "as is".
