The long flat surface that connects to the bottom half of the Puch E50 engine has some stains on it and might have trace amounts of gasket sealant stuck to it. It has one very thin nick through it on the bottom of the top right side of the moped engine crankcase (next to an internal groove for the main driveshaft). The flat external surface on the right side of the moped engine crankcase that that the clutch cover and clutch cover gasket connects to has a thin layer of probably residual leftovers from a clutch cover gasket. The flat surface at the front of the engine crankcase that that the cylinder and cylinder head gasket connects to has a thin layer of probably residual leftovers from a cylinder head gasket. This flat surface is also labeled "181". The exterior of the top half of the Puch E50 engine crankcase has plenty of grime on it and can use cleaning. The interior part of the engine where the crankshaft fits is very greasy and grimy and should probably also be cleaned. Sold "as is".
Basically, there are some extra very light scratches on the cylinder head gasket surface. The inside and outside of the bottom half of the Puch E50 one speed engine crankcase has some surface cracks and other blemishes but the bottom half of the Puch moped engine one speed crankcase is still solid. And there is a lot of grime on the outside of the bottom half of the engine gasket that could optionally be cleaned. Sold "as is".

It does not include the cylinder head or any gaskets. This part has a plain metal color. This is probably part of part 349.3.10.005, a Puch moped cylinder for a 1.5HP or 2HP engine. I'm guessing this because 1) the moped it was from was labeled 1.5HP, not 1HP, and 2) it had a hi-torque cylinder cover head, par 22, not 4, initially connected to it. However, this is only the cylinder, not the cylinder head and not any gaskets. However, it might be part of part 349.3.10.205,0, and it might only be a 1.0 instead of of 1.5HP/2HP Puch moped engine cylinder. It is sold "as is", and it might be part of either part. The interior cylinder hollow tube area for the piston looks good with only minor scratches and some areas with no scratches at all. This is consistent with a low to medium mileage of only 2,808.5 miles on the odometer. Has a few very light scratches on the flat surface that fits into the cylinder gasket and the main engine crankcase. I believe it should seal fine with a good cylinder gasket. It also has a few very light scratches on the thick flat surface where it fits into the cylinder cover/head gasket and the cylinder cover. I believe it should seal fine with a good cylinder head gasket. Probably works, but it is untested and sold "as is".
Used 1 speed E50 engine or 2 speed ZA50 engine cylinder or piston part from a 1978 Puch Maxi Luxe moped with an odometer reading of 2,808.5 miles. This part has a plain metal color. It was probably once painted black and, except for some remaining black paint on some of the fins, it is now a plain metal color. This is the stronger, hi-torque cylinder cover, part 22, not the weaker, plain cylinder cover, part 4. This part is for a 1.5HP or 2HP Puch engine and Puch moped, not a weaker 1HP version of the Puch engine and moped. The top 2 of 8 fins on the right side are chipped a little and top right fin is bent a little. This damage is very minimal and I don't believe it will affect the air cooled heat sink capability of the cylinder cover. The dual ring flat surface that connects this cylinder cover to a cylinder looks good. The indented interior or rear side of the engine cylinder cover is the part of the engine combustion chamber and it is caked with carbon (from previous internal combustion in the previous puch moped engine) and the carbon should ideally be carefully cleaned out before using this part. This part is labeled Puch and has a top arrow on the interior or rear side so you know which side is the top side. The spark plug threads look good. Sold "as is".

Gear teeth are in OK shape but the brown plastic protective part on the side is in terrible shape. On one side of the main drive sprocket the protective brown plastic side cover is cracked and covered in black grime. On the other side of the main drive sprocket the protective brown plastic side cover is almost 20% missing. FYI, This part will still work even without the brown plastic protective side cover. Note: This is a used performance part. If you only have 11-15 teeth on your Puch moped's main drive sprocket, this part will make your moped go faster, but with less torque (less pulling power). The top and bottom of the side metal plates either have some coating on them and/or some residual rust. Untested. Probably works, but it might/might not work. On the 2 exterior sides that the mounting bolt, part 12, fits through, is a circular part of indented radius grooves that 2 external seat angle adjustment parts fit into. This is the interior seat angle adjustment clamp. The clamp is in good shape, with plenty of gripping power. Reasonable used condition, with only a little wear and tear on the seat angle adjustment clamp. Sold "as is".

This is a small rectangular metal part with a clamp on the top and bottom of it that fits around a black metal moped seat mounting part at the bottom of the Puch moped seat. The front of this exterior seat angle adjustment clamp has a special circular clamp with grooved radius lines. This special exterior seat angle adjustment clamp fits snugly into one of 2 exterior side of the short and stubby U-shaped interior seat angle adjustment clamp. In the middle of this special clamp (and it the middle of the circular clamp on the interior side of this part) is a hole that the seat mounting bolt fits into. There are 2 of these small exterior seat angle adjustment clamps, each sold separately. The clamp is is a little worn but it is still in good shape, with plenty of gripping power. The rear brake cable moves with some resistance, but apparently the rear brake lever on the handlebar and the powerful rear brake plate spring have enough power to reliably get it to move. It works, but the cable doesn't move as freely as a brand new brake cable. Could use some lubrication. The black color of the cable sheath has worn away to a flat black or metal color in places. There is a 3/4" tear and a 3/4" tear in the outer cable sheath where the inner coiled metal cable sheath is exposed. Also the long rear brake cable threaded bolt is grimy. Sold "as is" with existing wear and tear.
